Privacy policy

The site kosherbody.com is operated under the Kosher Body brand. This page explains what information is collected when you contact us or send an order request, why it is collected, and what your rights are. If this English version differs from the Hebrew version, the Hebrew version applies.

What we collect

• Inquiry form: your name, phone number, the topic you chose, your question, how you would like us to get back to you, and a record of your consent to be contacted.
• Order request form: your name and phone number, email and company or research body if you gave them, how you found us, the products and quantities, a delivery address if you chose delivery, and any notes you wrote.
• Referral links: if you came through an agent’s link, the request is linked to that agent, who can see the name and phone number you gave.
• Technical data: to protect the forms from repeat submissions and flooding, we store a hashed identifier of the connection. The IP address itself is not stored with your inquiry.

You do not need to give any medical information. Please do not include health details.

How we use it

To get back to you about your inquiry, to handle your order request and to arrange delivery or pickup. We will not use it for any other purpose without asking for your consent, unless the law requires it.

Who receives it

Only those who need it: the courier (name, phone and address), the agent who referred you if you came through an agent’s link, and Google and Meta, which receive page-view and inquiry counts only, never form details, and only if you allowed measurement. You are not legally required to give us this information, but without a name and phone number we cannot get back to you.

Measurement tools

If you allow measurement, the site runs Google and Meta measurement tools. They measure page views and inquiries and use cookies and technical identifiers. Google and Meta also process this information under their own privacy policies. Form details are never sent to them. Your choice is stored in your browser, and you can change it at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. The cookies and browser storage are listed in the cookie policy.

Storage and security

The information is kept in the business’s inquiry and order system, with the infrastructure providers that run the site and its database. Their servers may be outside Israel. Access is limited to authorised staff, and the connection to the site is encrypted. We do not sell the information. We keep it for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, or as the law requires.

Your rights

You may review the information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us through the contact form, choose “Something else” and start your question with “Privacy”. We will reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the date at the top of the page will change.
