Accessibility statement
Last updated: 3 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to read the information on this site and contact us easily, including people with disabilities. This page explains what we have done to make the site accessible and how to reach us if something does not work as it should. If this English version differs from the Hebrew version, the Hebrew version applies.
Accessibility level
The site was adapted to Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines, at level AA. This statement covers the site’s pages, the order request form and the privacy and cookie policies. We tested the site in Chrome on mobile and desktop, including 200% text enlargement and keyboard use.
What we adapted
- A clear heading structure and the correct reading direction for each language.
- An accessibility menu on every page, behind the round button at the bottom of the screen: larger text, high contrast, highlighted links, stopped animations and a readable font. Your settings are kept on your device.
- Keyboard navigation, including a “Skip to content” link at the top of every page and closing menus with the Esc key.
- Text alternatives for images. Purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Attention to colour contrast and a readable typeface.
- Layouts for every screen size, and text enlargement without sideways scrolling.
- Animations stop for anyone who has set “reduce motion” on their device, or through the accessibility menu.
- Forms with clear labels and error messages. Details you entered stay in the form if sending fails.
Known limitations
- Some images on the site are illustrations.
- The test-document illustration is hidden from screen readers. Its content appears in the list next to it.
- Some source links lead to external sites.
If you come across anything that is not accessible, please let us know and we will fix it.
